Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 30, 2025

Summary

Fullstride respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data is collected, why it is collected, how it is used, and the choices you have. Fullstride builds RevOps systems, integrations, and private AI — and aims to keep client data private and under client control.

1. Who we are

Fullstride (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a RevOps and integrations firm providing audits, system design, integrations, automation, and private AI services to businesses.

2. Data we collect

Information you provide

  • Name, work email, phone, job title, company (from contact forms or email).
  • Files or data you upload for audits or projects (for example, CSV exports).

Automatically collected data

  • Website analytics (IP, pages visited, device, browser).
  • Cookies and similar technologies to improve the site experience.

Third-party data

  • Public or enrichment data used to scope projects when provided or authorized.

3. How we use data

Data is used to respond to inquiries, provide services, run audits and integrations, train models only when authorized, improve our site and services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Private AI & model training

  • Models are trained only on data you explicitly authorize.
  • Private-first and self-hosted options are available on request.
  • Human-in-the-loop safeguards and approval gates are used for critical actions.
  • Logs and explainability features are available for auditing and traceability.

Terms for model training, retention, and deletion will be set in the project agreement.

5. Cookies

Cookies are used to remember preferences, collect analytics, and enable widgets such as chat or scheduling. You can control cookies via your browser or the site cookie tools. Disabling some cookies may affect site features.

6. Sharing & disclosures

We may share data with service providers who act on our behalf (CRM, hosting, analytics), with legal authorities when required, or with advisors in the event of a sale. All processors are required to protect data and use it only as authorized.

7. International transfers

When data is transferred across borders we apply appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections and encryption to help keep data secure.

8. Data retention

Personal data is kept only as long as needed. Typical retention examples:

  • Contact and lead data: 2–7 years depending on relationship and legal requirements.
  • Project files and logs: retention as agreed in project contracts.

9. Your rights

Depending on jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to some processing. To exercise rights, submit contact form. We will verify requests and respond within applicable timeframes.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards such as access controls and encryption where appropriate. For clients with special requirements we can offer private hosting or isolation and provide security guidance in the project agreement.

11. Third-party services

This site may link to third-party services (HubSpot, scheduling tools, analytics). This policy does not apply to those services; review their privacy policies before sharing personal data.

12. Children

Services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us to request deletion.
